We start with WA grown Lupin flakes then blend in a variety of nuts, seeds and grains. We combine it with coconut oil, a hint of unrefined coconut sugar and then toast it lightly in an oven until its nice and crunchy!

I came across your product by chance in Facebook, I looked into the ingredients of this product and I saw that it didn't have wheat in it, but Lupin ( had to look that one up) , so I ordered one pack, OMG what a great product, I have gut issues and it didn't affect me at all, i just love the texture and the taste. I am onto my third order and will get getting this all the time. Thank you for a great product, I have mine with yoghurt at dinner time, as I have my big meal at midday.

Just what I needed! I've been skipping breakfast my whole life, but this has completely changed my morning routine. I have half a cup of Protein Crunch mixed with half a cup of Greek yogurt, and I feel so much better and more energised throughout the morning. It's easy, tasty, and keeps me feeling satisfied.
