Order Processing Times

- All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM Friday (Western Australian Standard Time) through to Monday morning will be processed on Monday.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  Please note: Occasionally these emails may land in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there if you don't see it in your inbox.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer flat rate shipping for orders under $99, through Australia Post, at $9.99.

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

✅ Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $99.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and rates will vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected:

- International Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7–21 business days.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.
- Perishable food items are packed with care. If your order arrives damaged or you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
