Ingredients
- ¾ cup high-protein yoghurt (Greek or coconut yoghurt)
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder
- ⅓ cup Coastal Crunch Gingernut Crunch
- Strawberries, Blueberries, Cinnamon, Chia seeds (Optional)
Method
- Stir yoghurt &, protein powder until thick consistency
- Top with ginger nut crunch & coconut yoghurt
- Finish with fruit + coconut flakes
