- ½ ripe papaya, halved and seeds removed
- ½ cup coconut or Greek yoghurt
- ⅓ cup Coastal Crunch Granola (Almond & Coconut or Ginger Nut)
- Fresh lime juice

Method
- Slice papaya in half lengthways and scoop out seeds.
