Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

This dragon fruit smoothie bowl is thick, icy and vibrantly pink, topped with our Coastal Crunch Granola for the perfect contrast of creamy and crunchy. Refreshing, indulgent and and seriously satisfying.

Ingredients (1 bowl)

  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ cup frozen mango or berries
  • ¼ cup coconut water or almond milk (add slowly)

Toppings

  • ⅓ cup Coastal Crunch Granola (Almond & Coconut or Cacao & Hazelnut)
  • Fresh berries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds (optional)

Method

  1. Add frozen fruit to a high-speed blender.
  2. Pour in liquid slowly and blend until thick and creamy.
  3. Spoon into a bowl.
  4. Top with granola and your favourite extras.
  5. Eat immediately while cold and thick.
