Chocolate Hazelnut Bark Clusters

Chocolate Hazelnut Bark Clusters

Melted dark chocolate swirled with Cacao & Hazelnut Crunch and frozen into crunchy bark clusters. Sweet, snappy and perfect for sharing… or not!

 

Ingredients

  • 200g good quality dark chocolate (70% works beautifully)
  • ¾ cup Coastal Crunch Cacao & Hazelnut Crunch
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries or chopped fresh strawberries
  • Pinch flaky sea salt

 

Method

  1. Line a tray with baking paper
  2. Melt dark chocolate gently over a double boiler or in 20-second microwave bursts, stirring until smooth
  3. Stir through Cacao & Hazelnut Crunch
  4. Spoon small clusters onto the lined tray
  5. Sprinkle with strawberries and a tiny pinch of sea salt
  6. Refrigerate 30–45 minutes until set
  7. Snap apart and store in an airtight container in the fridge
