This chocolate mug cake is the ultimate quick treat, made rich and fudgy with cacao and finished with our Cacao & Hazelnut Crunch for the perfect crunchy bite. Warm, gooey and ready in under a minute — it’s a delicious dessert without the effort.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp almond meal
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond milk (or any plant milk)
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pinch sea salt
- Hand full of Coastal Crunch Cacao & Hazelnut Crunch
Method
- Add all ingredients (except crunch) to a mug. Stir until smooth.
- Fold through half the crunch.
- Microwave for 45–60 seconds until just set.
- Top with remaining crunch and eat immediately while warm + gooey.
