Chocolate Mug Cake

This chocolate mug cake is the ultimate quick treat, made rich and fudgy with cacao and finished with our Cacao & Hazelnut Crunch for the perfect crunchy bite. Warm, gooey and ready in under a minute — it’s a delicious dessert without the effort.

 

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp almond milk (or any plant milk)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Hand full of Coastal Crunch Cacao & Hazelnut Crunch

 

    Method

    1. Add all ingredients (except crunch) to a mug. Stir until smooth.
    2. Fold through half the crunch.
    3. Microwave for 45–60 seconds until just set.
    4. Top with remaining crunch and eat immediately while warm + gooey.
